Families driving themselves may be reimbursed for mileage at 21 cents per mile, as well as a stipend for meals. To be eligible, email coordinator@oasisshriners.org prior to your appointment so the appropriate documentation can be filled out. Receipts for meals and proof of mileage are required for reimbursement and should be emailed to the Oasis office once the trip is complete.

If an overnight stay is necessary, Oasis will make your hotel (or Ronald McDonald House) accommodation at no charge to you. A parent/guardian should send an email to coordinator@oasisshriners.org and we will make your reservation. Reimbursements for reservations made by anyone other than Oasis is not permitted. If the hotel reports damage or items stolen from the hotel, the parent/guardian will be charged, and no lodging provision will be permitted for future appointments.
